Champagne cocktail
1 cube sugar
Angostura bitters
Chilled champagne
Soak sugar cube with a couple of good splashes of Angostura bitters and place in the bottom of a large champagne flute.
Fill slowly with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
