MORBIHAN — A Home-going celebration will be held for Ms. Claudette Colbert Frank, 76, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Teche United Church of Christ with Rev. Paul Godfrey, Pastor officiating.

She will await the resurrection at Belle United Church of Christ Cemetery in New Iberia (Belle Place community).

A gathering of family and friends will begin on Saturday at the church at 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

A native of Morbihan and resident of New Iberia, she passed at 6:07 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2019, at Lafayette General Medical Center.

She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Terrance Frank Sr. of New Iberia; three brothers, Chester Frank of Riverdale, California, Edward (Bernice) Frank of Ontario, California, and McKinley Frank Jr. of Los Angeles; one sister, Adeline Dyer (Charles) of Los Angeles; three grandchildren, Terrance Frank Jr., Nayah Lesean Wilkins and Terrion Jesean Frank; two devoted friends, Jennifer Olivier and Phyllis Fontenette; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents McKinley Frank Sr. and Adline Thompson Frank; three sisters, Isabella Frank, Viola Lewis and Lillie Mae Price; and two brothers, Leroy Frank and Samson Frank.

Active Pallbearers are Eddie Chretien Jr., Sean Chretien, Marcus Thomas, Terrance Frank Sr., Joseph Louis Jr. and Torey Jeanlouis.

Honorary Pallbearers are Aquanis Johnson, Wilfred Thomas, Michael Jefferson, Devin Lewis, Chester Frank, McKinley Franks Jr. and Edward Frank.
