Stacey Dempsey & Al Hebert

You may know them from their popular KADN News 15 noontime show Monday Mangé with The Frosted Apron, but this duo has been working together for years. Stacey Dempsey, owner of The Frosted Apron, and Al Hebert, News 15 reporter, frequently collaborate on community events, cooking shows, and live on-air appearances.

Monday Mangé with The Frosted Apron broadcasts from Stacey’s own kitchen on the fourth Monday of every month on KADN’s News 15 at noon, airing segments twice per hour from 5-9 am, and the duo appears together at least once a month for live cooking appearances on the station’s morning show.
