Cynthia Sherville-Muffoletto of Jeanerette announces the engagement of her daughter, Alaina Mary Muffoletto to James Paul McVicker, son of David and Tina Myers McVicker of Lacassine. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late George Muffoletto.

The couple will be united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony Friday, November 17, 2017, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in New Iberia.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Catholic High School in New Iberia and a graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Lacassine High School in Lacassine and a graduate of McNeese State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is employed at Jennings American Legion Hospital as a registered nurse.
