Anyone 65 years of age or older may apply for the Disability Program, which will allow you to vote from home and mail in your ballot rather than going to the polling sites.
Iberia Council on Aging is willing to assist anyone in signing up for this service.
Call 367-1556 for assistance. Iberia COA will see to it that the Iberia Parish Registrar of Voters receives the information, but there is a deadline for the Oct. 22, election.
