Just after midnight on June 16, eputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office heard approximately 20- 30 shots ring out. It was later determined the shots came from the 1600 block of Sugerland Terrace. Several casings of various calibers were located and collected, and it appeared there was a short firefight that took place early that morning. During this firefight, two people became victims of non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Iberia Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in identifying the shooters in this crime on our streets.
