The Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival & Fair Association’s 2015 Stars of Style gala showcased 20 community leaders styling the latest fashions, and all for a worthy cause – the annual Saturday Children’s Parade held every year as part of the Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival activities. A sold out crowd of 500 dined on a summer salad, 6 ounce filet topped with crab cake, praline sweet potato casserole and asparagus provided by Clementine – Peltier’s Catering. Dinner concluded with Clementine’s famous bread pudding with whiskey sauce for dessert. The 2015 Stars of Style featured Renee Collins, Brian Napier, Kathy Mannina, Fernest Martin, Keefe Duhon, April Griffith, Monty Boudreaux, Harley Rae Melancon, Rachel Hebert, Casey Sorrel, Robin Berard, Athan J. Olivier III, John Young, Heather Fields Kennedy, Dee Stanley, Kristie D. Blanchard, Annie Delcarpio Barras, Rickey Boudreaux, Shelley Defelice – Romero and Korey Kimball.
