Shelia Marie Navy, 56, a native and resident of Jeanerette, passed away peacefully at 12:09 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at her residence.

Visitation will be observed from 12:30 p.m. until funeral services at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at First Jerusalem Baptist Church, 835 Monnot Road, Jeanerette, Louisiana 70544. Burial will follow funeral services in the Heavenly Rest Cemetery.

Memories of Shelia will forever remain in the hearts of her two sons, Jeremy Navy of Lafayette and Justin Navy of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two brothers, Larry (Remelda) Navy and Kenneth Navy both of Jeanerette; three sisters, Cynthia Silas of Sorrel, Jacqueline Silas of Jeanerette and Claudette Navy of Lafayette; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Shelia was preceded in death by her parents, a niece and both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
