Orange/Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

4 tablespoons raw honey

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

6 to 8 fresh strawberries

Combine the parsley, orange juice, honey, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper and strawberries in a blender and pulse until blended.

Refrigerate four hours for best flavor. Shake gently just before serving.
