New Iberia Senior High School graduate Paige Darby was recently awarded the Major James Grace Aim High Award for academic achievement, extra-curricular activities and high personal goals.

She was a member of the National Honor Society and the InteractClub. Darby was also invovled with Beta Club, Octagan Club and the Iberia Humane Society.

She is enorlled at the University of Louisiana at Lafayete and will major in accounting. She hopes to become a certified public accountant.

The Aim High Award is a cash shcolarship given to honor and remember New Iberia High School 1958 graduate, Major James Grace, USAF, who was an outstanding student, athlete and military officer.
