Bean and Corn Soup

1 pound ground meat

1 large onion

1 pack taco seasoning

1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch mix

1 can pinto beans with juice

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can whole corn with juice

1 can black beans with juice

1 can kidney beans with juice (light or dark)

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 can water

Brown meat and onions and drain. Mix ranch dressing and taco seasoning with meat. Do not drain liquids of vegetables.

Add all of the other ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Top with a spoonful of sour cream and shredded cheese if desired.
