Egg Salad Bites

2 hard-boiled white eggs

3 tablespoons Miracle Whip

3 teaspoons yellow mustard

Bacon bits

Ritz crackers

Peel the eggs. Cut one egg into a medium dice and the other egg into tiny pieces. Put eggs in bowl and add Miracle Whip and mustard.

Stir thoroughly. Taste to see if perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

Add desirable amount of bacon bits. Stir thoroughly.

Serve on Ritz crackers.
