Corn, Shrimp and Crab Bisque

2 cans of whole kernel corn

2 cans of cream style corn

1 stick of butter

1/4 cup flour

1 cup finely chopped onions

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 quart heavy cream

2 quarts seafood broth

1 pound chopped shrimp

Parsley

1 pound lump crabmeat

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 to 1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes

1 small package of dried shrimp

Combine whole kernel corn and cream-style corn. Set aside. Sauté all vegetables until clear. Add mixture of corn. Cook 10 minutes. Add cream and shrimp. Cook 20 minutes. Add broth as needed and add dried shrimp. Cook 10 minutes. Fold in crabmeat. Add mash potatoes (instant) as needed to thicken.

Serve and enjoy.
