1 rack baby back ribs

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons honey

Brown sugar

Dry rub seasoning of choice

Foil

Barbecue pit or camp fire grill

Take the whole rack of ribs out of package.

Rinse the entire rack with cool water. Use a knife to remove the membrane skin from the bone side of the ribs.

After the membrane is removed, rub your favorite dry rub seasoning all over the ribs on both sides, making sure not to leave any unseasoned meat visible.

After all the meat is seasoned, wrap in foil and refrigerate while preparing the barbecue pit, about 1 hour.

Once grill is ready, unwrap the ribs and place bone side down on grill. Cook ribs on both sides for approximately 45 minutes or until ribs are a deep mahogany color. While ribs are grilling, prepare the sauce topping.

In a bowl, scoop three tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons honey. Combine both in bowl and heat in microwave until all melted.

After ribs are pulled off the grill, place ribs on a piece of foil (big enough to wrap up ribs) pour butter and honey liquid onto both side of ribs. After saturating ribs on both sides, sprinkle brown sugar on both sides.

Wrap up ribs in foil and then wrap again. Having them double wrapped will help hold in heat and juices. After rib rack is wrapped in foil, place back on grill for approximately 45 minutes. After ribs are done, let them rest a few minutes.

Cut, serve and enjoy.
