Homemade Bread

1 package yeast
1 cup warm water

1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
Flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey and salt. Stir in enough flour to keep from being sticky. Knead for 5 minutes.
Let rise in warm place until doubled, approximately 1 hour. Punch down dough and make bread rolls. Let rise again until doubled in size. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. While hot, the bread can be topped with Honey Butter.
