Honey Nut Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped pecans

3-5 bananas, depending on size

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 large greased loaf pans. Bake at 335 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.

Muffin pans also can be used instead of loaf pans.
