Turkey Casserole

6 ounce package noodles, cooked

1/4 green bell pepper, chopped

3 tablespoons turkey fat or gravy

3 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cups milk

1 to 2 cups diced turkey

1/8 to 1/4 pound grated cheddar cheese

1 small can mushrooms

Potato chips, crushed

4 hard boiled eggs, optional

Cook noodles. Saute green bell pepper in gravy.

Blend in flour and seasoning. Add milk and cook until thick. Arrange noodles, mixture and the cheese in layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top of casserole.
