SMCC will hold pre-audit meeting prior to regular meeting

ST. MARTINVILLE — The St. Martinville City Council will hold an unofficial pre-audit meeting prior to its regular meeting Monday night.

The meeting, called on the advice of new city auditor Burton Kolder, will be to go over issues that need to be addressed prior to the completion of the city’s annual audit this spring. The meeting will not be an official city council hearing, meaning that there may or may not be a quorum of council members present.

The audit meeting will start at 5 p.m. in the St. Martinville City Hall meeting room. 

The city council’s regular meeting will start at 6 p.m., immediately after the audit gathering.
