Spinach Salad

1 bag baby spinach leaves

1 pint fresh strawberries

8 ounces fresh mushrooms

1 red onion

Walnut halves

Raspberry/Hazelnut or walnut vinaigrette salad dressing

Empty spinach leaves into large salad bowl. Wash strawberries and slice, add to spinach in bowl. With a paper towel wipe mushrooms, then slice and add to bowl. Thinly slice about half of the onion and add to bowl. Chop a handful of walnuts and add to bowl. Toss and pour dressing over salad when ready to serve. Do not put the dressing on too early as spinach will wilt and not be as crispy.
