Smothered Okra with Tomatoes, Sausage and Shrimp

2 pounds cut okra

1 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup bell pepper

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 can (16-ounce) diced tomatoes

1 pound smoked sausage

1 pound peeled shrimp

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 tablespoon seasoned salt

Put oil in pan, add okra, diced tomatoes, diced onions, bell pepper and garlic.

Cook down for about 45 minutes. Fry the sausage in another skillet. After browning, add the okra.

Cook for 20 minutes. Add shrimp, let cook for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
