Tortilla Roll-Ups

6 packs of tortillas, eight in pack

4 packs cream cheese

1 bunch onion tops

1/2 bag fresh spinach chopped or 1/2 can spinach chopped

1 pack hot taco seasoning

McIlhenny Habanero Tabasco sauce

Salt, pepper

Salsa

Blend cream cheese, with seasoning and Tabasco sauce. Add spinach.

Spread a thin layer of mixture over tortilla. Roll up and refrigerate.

Once chilled, cut each tortilla into four pieces and place on tray around a container of salsa. Makes 192 pieces.
