Almond Milk Ice Cream

1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 ripe bananas

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon banana extract
3 tablespoons sugar
Combine one cup almond milk, bananas and extracts in the blender and puree until smooth. Combine 1/2 cup almond milk and sugar in a small microwave safe bowl, microwave for 20 seconds and stir. Heat the milk just enough to dissolve the sugar completely. Pour this mixture into the blender and puree to combine. If you have an ice cream maker, put the blend into the container provided with maker and follow directions for the machine.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, put the blend into a 9X13-inch baking dish and place in the freezer. It should have soft serve consistency like ice cream in about an hour and a half.
