Steak Marinade

White wine

Apple juice

3 tablespoons Dales Marinade Mix

Salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

Steaks of choice

Mix ingredients together in a bowl and pour over steaks.

Let marinade for 30 minutes and remove from marinade.

Season steaks to taste with salt and cracked black pepper.

Note: An okay chardonnay will add zest to the sweetness of the apple juice and cuts the Dales Marinade if the flavor is too strong.

Worcestershire sauce can also be used in place of the Dales Marinade and can be used more liberally.
