Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup butter softened
1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (put 1/2 teaspoon vinegar in 1/2 cup measuring cup and fill with milk)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch cake pan.
Set aside. Cream together, butter, oil, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Stir together the remaining dry ingredients. Add to liquid, mixing well.
Add grated zucchini, mixing well.
Bake 40-45 minutes or till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
