Bacon-Wrapped Duck Breast

3 duck breasts

1 onion

Cream cheese

Jalapeño peppers

Pineapple chunks

1 pound of bacon

Cut duck breasts into 1-inch cubes. Cut bacon strips into half. Cut onion into chunks and cut jalapeno into small pieces. Top each piece of duck breast with a dab of cream cheese, onion, jalapeño and pineapple. Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick. Place directly on heated charcoal or gas grill. Grill for approximately 30 minutes.
