SILLY; an adjective, defined 3 ways basically:

1. Exhibiting a lack of good judgment or common sense.

2. Lacking seriousness or responsibleness.

3. Semiconscious, dazed.

Well, so no matter how you define it, The Silly Election of the year 2024 will go down as ONE BIG SILLY EVENT in future History Books…to be sure.

EVERYONE involved meets all three of the above definitions based upon their behavior since this POTUS race began about 3 1/2 years ago…that alone making this such a silly thing.

Things got silly one January day up on the Hill (and very serious too) and it hasn’t stopped yet.

So much for no. 1, now take no. 2; RESPONSIBLENESS for your actions. Are we witnessing a lot of ‘NOT ME!’ and FINGERPOINTING by our silly candidates?

No. 3 really defines the typical American voter these days…Semiconscious and Dazed…so they too are acting silly. They have been wading through the MUCK that is being thrown at them as they struggle to seek any semblance of truth in the Newscasts, the Broadcasts, the Earcasts and/or the reputed events offered by the rambling ‘talking heads’ that they watch, listen to and ‘rely’ on to comprehend the world that surrounds their silly selves.

This ‘PASSION PLAY’ is really just repeat of those performed in the past that we subject ourselves to every 4 years. This one just has much more “SILLY PUTTY” involved in ‘building’ the candidates cases This has led me to ask; “Just what the HELL is going on around here anyway?…it all seems sooo silly!”

There is much ‘truth’ in old slogans…take “I like IKE” and “We always choose the right person to be President” for instance. IKE worked out fine as the oldest (at the time); JOE(?)…well not so much. And KAMMIE?, she doesn’t even have a slogan! All DONNY wants is to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” and that does not seem SILLY to me.

SUMMATION

A.; We don’t want to keep going down the road we are on…that’s a silly thing to do.

B.; A GRINNING, LAUGHING and ARM WAVING President is a silly choice for America today.

C.; The charges against DONNY are mostly just plain SILLY!

D.; Did they rehearse the LINCOLN-DOUGLAS DEBATE like they are doing for this silly one?

E.; Will SHE need a teleprompter or ‘CLIFF NOTES’ or can she remember all the zingers she intends to throw in order to rattle DONNY? THAT’s a silly ‘game plan’ to me… a losing one at that.

F.; Will HE get rattled or act as usual…silly at times…

G.; With so much at stake, why are we going to be happy with just another silly bloodbath?

Unfortunately for us, I predict, since all the DRAMA will be already drained out of us by the time of the actual ‘Debate’, all we have left to look forward to is, SILLY enough as it sounds:
